Are 10 Grain products Sustainable? We strive to design and produce products that last generations. 10 Grain products are direct solutions that are simple, straightforward and minimal in their use of raw materials and we employ manufacturing techniques that optimize the supply of these materials. Most notably, by using bent plywood we are able to use 8-10 times more of the wood in a tree than standard solid wood production. With a high level of design consideration and craftsmanship,we believe the biggest impact we can have as a company is to create products at heirloom quality that outlive the demands of our customers and their future families. Do 10 Grain products meet US Safety Standards? 10 Grain prides itself on designing and manufacturing safe products for our children. Our entire collection meets or exceeds ASTM Safety Standards and have been rigorously tested at an independent lab to insure the absolute safety of our products. Can 10 Grain products be used outdoors? All 10 Grain products were intended for indoor use only and cannot withstand the rigors of sunlight and/or the elements. How do I care for my 10 Grain products? 10 Grain utilizes a durable finish that requires minimal maintenance. In most cases, a simple damp cloth will do the trick. For more persistent issues, a mild, non-toxic detergent can be used. Do 10 Grain products come assembled? Some of our products do come assembled and ready to use. Others require simple assembly with a supplied Allen Wrench, hardware, and instructions. If you can turn a screw, you can put our products together. How long does it take to receive product purchased from 10grain.com? All products are in stock and ship within 5-7 business days from receipt of payment. If an item is on back order, we will notify you immediately via email with an estimated ship date. How do you ship 10 Grain products? All orders will be shipped FedEx Ground and charged at the time your order. If you’re in a hurry, we can ship FedEx Priority but will charge accordingly. Please refer to the Shipping Charges for costs for all services. Do you ship internationally? At this time, 10 Grain can ship only within the US. Our products are available outside the US through international distribution partners. For international orders, please email sales@10grain.com and we will be happy to find a way to get our products to you with one of distribution partners. What is the 10 Grain Return Policy? We stand behind all our products at 10 Grain. If upon delivery you find that our products are defective in workmanship or materials, 10 Grain will replace or provide a refund upon return of the item in question. You will have 30 days from date of purchase to make a claim of this type. If for any reason you are unhappy with your 10 Grain item, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product cost. There will be a 15% handling and re-stocking fee charged and the product must be returned in its original packaging. Shipping charges incurred will be your responsibility and will not be refunded. Is my Credit Card and Personal Information Safe with 10 Grain? Our online store utilizes SSL technology to insure that all personal information including credit card number, name, email and address cannot be read as information travels over the Internet. Your browser must be SSL-enabled for this encryption to work. To that end, we will not collect, share or disperse any of this information via email or any other means.
